INN: Lansoprazole.

FORM: Capsule.

DOSAGE: 30 mg.

PRESENTATION: box of 15 capsules.

INDICATION: This drug is a specific proton pump inhibitor indicated in:

• Treatment of duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer.
• Symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease associated or not with esophagitis.
• Prevention of relapses of duodenal ulcers.
• Preventive treatment of gastroduodenal lesions induced by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in patients at risk.
• Zollinger Ellison Syndrome.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: 1 capsule per day for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
1 to 2 capsules per day for the maintenance treatment and prevention of recurrence of esophagitis due to gastroesophageal reflux disease.
1 capsule per day for the maintenance treatment of duodenal ulcers.
1 capsule per day for the preventive treatment of gastroduodenal lesions induced by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
